Due to its significantly higher sensitivity compared to a classical ELISA and its high specificity, cell activation can already be measured at the single cell level. ELISpot can be used as an effective monitoring technology instead of other very cost- and time-intensive methods.

For us, the ELISpot assays are a standard method we use to support our customers in realizing their projects. We offer to you the option of carry out measurements directly at our lab following an in vivo study. Alternatively, you can send us your plates to carry out the desired ELISpot assay.
